Mechanical Dual-Row Icebreaker
Dual-Row Mechanical Icebreaker
The equipment is designed for breaking and removing compacted snow, ice-snow mixtures, and solid ice on roads.
The front crushing system consists of dual-row wheels (ten groups) that can move independently up and down, adapting to road surface irregularities for thorough ice breaking without damaging the pavement.
The rear side-discharge system is equipped with three independently floating collecting blades, which can be manually adjusted for left or right discharge. These blades conform to uneven road surfaces for more efficient snow collection and can automatically tilt backward when encountering obstacles, preventing equipment damage.
Description

Dual-Row Mechanical Icebreaker
Key FeaturesDual-row ice-breaking system with strong crushing capability. Integrated crushing and side-discharge functions allow breaking and clearing snow/ice to the roadside in a single operation. Reliable structure, easy maintenance, and low failure rate. Equipped with arc-tooth ice-breaking wheels for strong performance without damaging the pavement; straight-tooth wheels are optional. Entire machine adopts electrostatic powder coating and plating process for superior salt and corrosion resistance. Flexible linkage design allows connection with loaders from different manufacturers and models. Ice-breaking wheels use built-in bearings instead of bearing housings, ensuring higher reliability and durability. | |
