The grader-mounted icebreaking and snow removal attachment is designed for urban expressways, main and secondary roads, branch roads, and intercity highways. It provides outstanding performance in breaking and removing heavily compacted snow, compressed layers, and ice–snow mixtures.
To meet different operational needs, the equipment offers flexible installation options:
Front-mounted icebreaker: works with the grader’s center blade to complete snow and ice removal in a single pass.
Center-mounted mechanical or multifunctional unit: enables efficient, all-in-one operation for thorough road clearance.
Description
Key FeaturesMaintains the original functions of the grader with fast and convenient attachment changeover. Enables single-machine operation, efficiently removing compacted snow from the road in one pass. Reliable structure, easy maintenance, and low failure rate. All hinge points are carefully designed with bushings and damping sleeves, ensuring durability and resistance to loosening or damage during operation. The machine surface is treated with electrostatic powder coating, providing enhanced resistance to salt and corrosion.
